Ordering How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, processing may take the full window.
Shipping How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is usually 5–10 business days after processing. You will receive tracking information by email when it becomes available.
Shipping Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Sakura K currently offers free worldwide shipping on orders, with no minimum purchase required unless stated otherwise on a promotion page.
Sizing How should I choose my size?
Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Some pieces may follow Asian sizing, so comparing the listed measurements with an item you already own is the safest way to choose.
Returns Can I return an item?
Yes. Eligible unworn, unwashed items with their original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@sakurakbeauty.com before sending anything back.
