Return & Refund Policy
We want your Sakura K order to feel right. If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help clearly and quickly.
01 / Window
14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. Return requests must be approved before the item is sent back.
02 / Condition
Items must be unworn and unused
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition you received them. Tags and original packaging should be included when possible.
We cannot accept returns with perfume, makeup marks, stains, signs of wear, washing, damage after delivery, or removed hygiene/brand tags.
03 / Return shipping
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
04 / Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or incorrect
Please email dlwtja@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help with a replacement, refund, or next step.
05 / Refunds
When refunds are issued
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Items that cannot be returned
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
- Items with makeup, perfume, stains, or signs of use
- Items returned without approval
- Gift cards or final sale items when marked as final sale
