Everyone Loves Her: How Does Miuccia Prada Dress?

As that line suggests, there’s probably no one working in fashion who dislikes Miuccia Prada. She was the one who, in the late 1990s, led the 'ugly chic' craze and proved that things not traditionally noble could still be high fashion. The fact that 'styling' has become a more important keyword than ever is also not unrelated to Miuccia Prada. Needless to say, she has had a profound influence on younger designers.

Miuccia Sludge is the essence of Prada's aesthetic. At first it feels enigmatic and you have no idea what color to pair it with, but beauty is hidden within it. 'Origami' Skirts
Miuccia Prada's love of skirts is well known. She especially favors skirts made from thin, delicate materials like satin or silk rather than heavy wool.
